- Bring bottled water. They don't sell it yet at the site.
- All belongings, including cameras, must be put into a locker and cannot be brought onto the Skywalk. Lockers are available for $1.00 USD & $2.00 USD.
- Wear sunscreen and comfortable shoes.
- Bring a hat!

The whole trip was good. We had a good time. One thing that was a little disappointing was that there was not enough introduction or navigation when we were at the West Rim. We were pretty much on our own while we wandered around Eagle Point and Guano Point. It would be much better if there are some kind of introduction about the area and more information or stories about the landscape.

It was a wonderful tour, and we had a great guide. Very informative and knowledgeable. He had a great sense of humor also. The Skywalk was really cool! The Grand Canyon was beautiful! We had a great time and would recommend it to anyone!

Warning needs to be given of the poor condition of the road approaching the Skywalk. Lunch was very disorganised - not enough tables and not enough shade. Toilet facilities need to be improved at Skywalk and lunch venue. Queues too long to collect photographs after the Skywalk - it took us an hour just to queue to collect and pay for our photos. Warning should be given that cameras are not allowed on the Skywalk and that all belongings have to be placed in a locker. This should clearly be stated on the Website and an information sheet should be handed out at your depot before boarding the van to take you to the Skywalk. Air conditioning in the van inadequate - we were at the very back and it was EXTREMELY hot and the air conditioning did not reach us at all. Was very disappointed in the old style Wild West town we visited on the way back - did not like the condition the animals were kept in, especially the donkey which was in a very small pen with no shade, no food and rancid water. If these details can be ironed out the trip would have been perfect. Our driver for the day was excellent - fun, informative and friendly. I hope you take these comments on board to improve the experience for future visitors.

I enjoyed the Skywalk but the tour was very long as there were unnecessary stops at an Arizona town on the way and on the way back we wasted time at a cowboy ranch and a 'chocolate factory' (this was a shop for god sake).

Our guide was really great. He gave us a great deal of information along the way that was very interesting. The only negative was the road conditions which I think will soon be improved.

We got the chance to upgrade to flying out to the canyon instead of going buy bus, it turned out to be worthwhile the price of the upgrade, the staff were all helpful and courteous throughout. The trip it self was great the pilot was friendly and informative and had even made up his own (if slightly camp) soundtrack to along with the flight, he did fly fairly low over some of the mountains but that was fun more than anything else. Getting to skywalk was fine we luckily arrived early so there were no long queues as there were later in the day. The buses were quite frequent and it was nice having sometime at each of the stop points, the walk did give you vertigo and made you seem tiny in comparison. Later in the day when we got back to airfield it got very very busy and wasn't really enough room for everyone at the airfield a shortage of chairs or shaded places to wait. I would recommend the flight over the bus trip as going by bus would have meant arriving late and being in a long queue of hundreds of people and having a rushed trip. Thanks to the offer of the upgrade we missed out on all that. The food at the canyon was basic but good, wholesome and simple. The views of the canyon and the Hoover Dam were fantastic. i would recommend the trip anyone staying in Las Vegas...as an excellent way to relax away from Vegas madness.

Weather was horrible the day we were there. We enjoyed the trip in spite of the fact everything was very disorganized and no one seemed to be able to tell you where to catch the buses or what was going on. Hopefully it will improve as time goes by. The road down to the skywalk was horrible also. Views from the walk were breathtaking.
