Description
Let us pick you up at Downtown Las Vegas & Strip hotels onboard our air-conditioned motor coach or minibus. Leave Las Vegas behind and head south towards the Grand Canyon!
We'll cross over the Hoover Dam before continuing on to Kingman, Arizona. After driving down historic Route 66, we'll check in with our river raft guides.
Then, hop onboard the tribal bus for a scenic, though bumpy, 17-mile drive down to the river on the only road into the Grand Canyon. At the river, put on your life jacket, put your camera in the watertight camera box & listen to the safety instructions.
Then, get ready as we hop onboard an inflatable, motor-powered raft & hit our first rapids just seconds from pushing off! You will get wet! Raft 40 miles through Class 3 & 4 (out of 6) rapids for about 5.5 hours!
When your raft trip ends, you'll still be in the depths of the Grand Canyon. Our jet helicopter picks you up near the river. Then, climbs among spectacular 4,000-foot cliffs from the river to the tribe's modern airport at the Grand Canyon West Rim (7 minutes approximately).
From the air terminal, return on a relaxing, comfortable journey (2.5 hours approximately) to Las Vegas!

Children must be at least 8 years old to go on this adventure!
Please note: The helicopter ascent is weather permitting

This was a very well organized & exciting trip. I had to reschedule because of a rain out the previous year & everything went very smooth. I would rate the trip a 9.5. Rain a couple of days earlier made the water a little dirty or the trip would have been a 10!

It was a great experience from start to finish. We loved the cavern and the waterfall Beautiful! Our boat operator was okay, could have been friendlier. We recommended the trip to our friends and they've already been out and they also loved it. It was awesome experiencing the Grand Canyon instead of just seeing it.

This was an amazing experience and one we will never forget! Be prepared to get ver,y very wet and the water is muddy so ensure you wear old clothes. The views are superb and if you can take a waterproof camera or video recorder. DO NOT MISS THIS TRIP!

If you want experience the Grand Canyon and not just see it, there is no better way to do that than by taking the rafting/helicopter trip. I took my 15 year old daughter and we had a great time. The driver picked us up on time and everyone slept most of the way there. After breakfast, (which I thought was included, -no big deal) we took a bumpy bus ride to the river. The rafting was a blast. Some of the rapids were pretty intense but you never felt like you were in any danger as the raft navigator was clearly in control. They threw in some historical tidbits which were interesting and did an overall excellent job. The only negative was that the river water was not really white. It was "Murky Water Rafting." Lunch was better than I expected. We stopped at a waterfall which my daughter especially enjoyed. I was a little bit worried about the helicopter ride as I have become afraid of heights in my old age of 45. It wasn't bad at all because you get used to the height slowly. I actually enjoyed it and my daughter, of course, loved it. On the way back, our guide pointed out many interesting historic facts. We stopped at Hoover Dam, which was fascinating and he went out of his way to stop at a park that had free roaming Long Horned Sheep which was an added bonus. We got back to the hotel pretty close to the 7pm ETA. Overall, the trip was fantastic.

Loved every moment of it. The guides were fantastic - friendly, helpful & informative. They could not have been better. Was disappointed that because of the weather we could not take the helicopter ride. Scenery was breathtaking and rafting went beyond what we had hoped for! We would highly recommend your tour.
