Tickets & ConfirmationImmediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a receipt of booking by email. Within 48 hours (often on the very same day!) of submitting your reservation you will receive a voucher confirming all details. Narration on ear phones was interrupted every time the pilot had to speak on radio so we missed bits of narration that were important and my earphones were faulty too which was a nuisance. Otherwise the trip was fantastic. Nice pilot, nice people, good lunch. Would like to have flown for longer inside the Canyon.

The flight was nice, the pilot very polite, but I feel that the extra money spent on the VIP deluxe was
misleading to what I expected compared to what others payed.I would not spend the extra money on the deluxe package.
