We thoroughly enjoyed this tour, our guide was fantastic and looked after us well. The canyon is spectacular and the helicopter descent was awesome. The pontoon boat ride was a bit short and we thoroughly enjoyed the skywalk. Overall this tour is much recommended. Thank you for a fantastic day.

It was amazing, the best way to see the canyon. My wife was unsure and a little apprehensive about going off-road but within a short time felt very comfortable. There were only 4 of us, me, my wife and another couple on the trip. We were picked up on time and the guide was so considerate and knowledgeable, really making sure that we got the most from the experience. He was so attentive, courteous and a brilliant driver! The drive out there was brilliant, stopping off in the desert to 'kick some sand', and seeing sights that would otherwise be missed if flying. The helicopter descent into the canyon was awesome and the pontoon boat ride most enjoyable; the guide again was very knowledgeable and very interesting. I would whole heartedly recommend this experience; terrific value for money, a day well spent. Thanks must go to guide for making this a most enjoyable day. 10 out of 10!

We had a great day. The driver did a great job. A really nice guy.
You might look into adding the Skywalk to the tour.

We loved the Grand Canyon and the Skywalk. The helicopter trip was good, but we felt it wasn't in a particularly exciting area of the canyon. For the same reason we felt that the boat trip was a waste of time and money.

It was a great experience and the helicopter ride was a highlight we loved it! The trip through the desert was quite interesting as well. What did we think need improvement? well I just wanted to sit in the back with my kids and relax and enjoy the scenery. Instead I was up front while they were behind me and I didn't really feel like I was on a tour with my family (and there were only the 3 of us) - more like I was a passenger in someone's vehicle. We stopped at a trailer that sold chocolate - as we don't smoke we didn't need to stop for a break, weren't in the mood for chocolate but were there for a bit. just hanging around. We were so hungry by the time we ate - it was 4:00 in the afternoon and I had to say no to the wagon ride (that is not what we wanted at all!) so that we could leave and get back to the actual canyon and then eat. Otherwise, who knows how much longer we would have had to go without an actual meal. We left at 7:30 and didn't eat until 4:00! that was a long haul for all of us. roughly 8 and half hours with no food. other than a bag a chips we bought at the gift shop while we were waiting for our guide. The meal needs to come in the middle of the day if you set out in the morning. Great experience but next time, would not want to stop for cigarette break at the Hoover Dam on the way home (we saw it on the way there), and it was dusk when we were heading home. One last thing, our boat ride was billed as 20 minutes, it was about 5 minutes, we went a few hundred yards up the river and then turned around. It was not even close to 20 minutes. But the idea of Hummer, Heli and Boat was great.

Eight folks, good people, expecting the best as per the advertisement were placed in the back of a very old hummer (not the new one as seen in the ad) for approx. 8 hours with what might have been said as it had no air conditioning in 105 degree temperatures! Later in the day we were left at the lunch location for an hour and a half while our driver supposedly went for fuel!
This was without a doubt the worst travel experience my wife and I ever had!
