Cancellation Policy
Cancellations will be refunded in full minus a $25.00 USD per person processing fee. No Shows and Cancellations within 1 day of the tour date are non-refundable.

Tickets & ConfirmationImmediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a receipt of booking by email. Within 48 hours (often on the very same day!) of submitting your reservation you will receive a voucher confirming all details. Vegas-Passport and nightclub venues must follow local and state fire-codes and are not responsible for inconveniences based upon LAW. Present your printed Voucher(s) and photo identification to the booth attendant at the following locations:
McCarran International Airport - Take your printed Voucher(s) to the Travelocity booth at the Main Terminal Baggage Claim – located behind Starbucks open Monday – Wednesday; 9am – 9pm and Thursday – Saturday; 8am – Midnight.
The Fashion Show Mall - Take your printed Voucher(s) to the Fashion Show Mall – 2nd floor near Dillard’s open Monday – Friday; 10am – 8:30pm, Saturday; 10am – 6:30pm and Sunday; 11am – 5:30pm

Your Vegas Passport is good just about anytime, but please note that club passes aren't valid for Memorial Day (May 20-25), Labor Day (September 2-7), Halloween (October 29-31), New Year's Eve (December 22 - January 1) or Superbowl weekend (February 4-7).
